Xalyo Systems was founded by Andre Wiesel in 2003 to become a leading vendor of commercial off the shelf ATM and IP interfaces by providing unequaled performance and features matching the actual needs of the market at an attractive price.
MANAGEMENT
Andre Wiesel – President
Mr. Wiesel has over 13 years of technical and entrepreneurial experience. Prior to founding Xalyo Systems, Mr. Wiesel held the position of Vice President of Engineering, Telecom Products Division, at Creative Electronic Systems (CES) in Geneva Switzerland. He was directly responsible for creating profitable products with an international customer base and managing several multi-million dollar projects for customers such as Lucent, Nortel and Ericsson. In addition, Mr. Wiesel contributed to European programs that led him to research distributed operating systems for massively parallel systems and develop a commercial ATM solution for the European Center for Nuclear Research (CERN, Geneva). Mr. Wiesel holds an M.S. degree in Microelectronics from the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology (EPFL) in Lausanne (Switzerland).
